Troubleshooting
Problem
Trying to view the mobilewo_log.txt file on an Android device, the following error is received: Failed to open the file (Error: the file is too large)
Cause
There are device limitations on viewing large text files with various third party text editors.
Resolving The Problem
Copy the mobile log file(s) from /maximomobile/logs on the device to your desktop PC for viewing. Or use an alternative Mobile app to view the txt file (ie. Firefox).
