MustGather - WebSphere DataPower B2B persistence store down

Troubleshooting


Problem

The B2B gateway services on DataPower XB60, XB62, and Gateway appliances are dependent upon the B2B persistence store and will be down if the B2B persistence store is not available. The B2B persistence store is dependent upon the RAID drive on the appliance therefore, information on RAID status is useful for problem determination.

Symptom

If there are issues with the B2B persistence store, B2B gateway services may have an operational status down and the following log messages may be in the DataPower system log:

[mgmt][critic] b2bgw(myb2bgw) 0x3120018 B2B persistence store down
[b2bp][error] 0x82e00005 The persistence store is not running
