APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Customer is trying to create users with this plugin importing
the information from LDAP but the "Additional Information"
field it is not retrieved" from the server, so the information
are not available to be saved in the DB2 database. This
causes errors when the user tries to login.

Local fix

  • Use full CM System Admin Client

Problem summary

  • Creating a user from LDAP search is missing information needed
for login.

Problem conclusion

  • The IBM Content Manager system administration web client plugin
has been fixed to set the additional information from an LDAP
user when creating a User.
