Crossover Domain Not Working While Using Integration to Create Tickets

Troubleshooting


Problem

A crossover domain is set up to crossover Classifications, Commodity and Commodity Groups to tickets when created. The functionality works fine when using the SR or Incident application. However, when tickets enter the system via an integration, some fields are not crossing over.
