Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to hover over a link endpoint to display related object information in IBM Rational DOORS Web Access (DWA) results in the message "browser can not display webpage".
Symptom
Attempt to hover over a link endpoint shows no information in the details window:
Other symptoms may include:
- You may notice the status bar indicate an address that includes "MYHOST" when attempting view the related link information.
For example:
http: //myhostname:8080/doors/redirector/?urn=urn:rational::1-5148de933b736a41-O-1-00000022
- Attempts to follow the object URL hyper-link in the Attributes panel fail
Resulting in "page can't be displayed"
