Attempts to launch IBM Rational DOORS client after the upgrade results in the error "doors.exe - Entry Point Not Found".
Symptom
Attempt to starts DOORS client after the upgrade results in the following error:
"doors.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ?forceUseFallback@Globalization@@YA_NXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library general_library.dll"
