Error description

  • A customer has stores in Canadian Atlantic & Newfoundland time
zones (GMT-3.5).  4690 does not currently offer a way to set
those time zones in the C runtimes or Java.

  • There were no options for Newfoundland and Canadian Atlantic
timezones in 4690.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Added new Canadian Time Zones with DST rules
.
   For the System: "NST3NDT" - Newfoundland timezone
   For Java: "America/St_Johns"
.
   For the System: "AST4ADT" - Atlantic timezone
   For Java: "America/Halifax"
