Error description

  • With an add dialog that prompts for checkout of the file, the
checkout fails if the filename has been modified by a property
mod in the background prior to the checkout.

Problem summary

  • Checkout operations sometimes failed after a document was
added

When you clicked Checkout or Checkout-Launch in the
dialog box prompt after adding a document, the checkout
operation would fail if a background property modification
changed the filename before you clicked the command.

Problem conclusion

  • The fix is available in DB2 Document Manager v8.3 Fix Pack 12.
