Problem summary

  • LS RC 7064, ExtRC 233 means NSE has returned the error "CTE0233
There is a conflicting administration command running. Please
    retry this command later".

This error is returned even though the modification does not
involve information relating to NSE. LS incorrectly tried to
recreate the NSE index causing the 233 error.

Problem conclusion

  • This problem is fixed in Fixpack 7.
The NSE index will not be modified by the Library Server when
itemtype definition changes do not cause NSE index definition
    changes.
