Problem
An extra character is added when reading an Extended ASCII character from DB2 on the mainframe using the DB2 API Stage in IS 8.7 without NLS support.
Symptom
When a special character (Extended ASCII character) is in a text/remarks field of a database column, the DB2 API Stage is adding one more special character to the already existing special character.
