Error description
When using the "Create Communication" function on a Purchase Requisition or Purchase Order which is in CLOSE status. The select recipients lookup is greyed out and you are unable to select any recipients. However, you are able to type in the email address manually and send the communication without issue. The communication will also be recorded in the log. Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to Purchase Requisitions application 2. Open a PR in "CLOSE" status 3. Select the Create Communication button under the more actions menu. 4. Click the Lookup button next to the To field. Unexpected Results: The To/Cc/Bcc fields are not selectable for all tabs. In several Maximo applications, there exists an action called "Create Communication", this feature allows you to compose an email and that email will be logged in whichever record the communication was launched from. If this feature is used on a record that is in CLOSE status, there are no issues if you manually type the email addresses of every recipient. The email will also be added to the communication log successfully. The only problem is that you cannot use the lookup to select recipients. Expected Results: Recipients should be able to be selected using the lookup Environment: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.0
