Error description
The position of "Specify a file" label and its textbox on "Create a File Attachment" window are not aligned. STEPS TO RECREATE: This issue is reproducible in the following way. 1) From System Properties application, set the following system properties. mxe.webclient.skin=tivoli09 mxe.webclient.verticalLabels=1 2) From Service Requests application or any other application, open a record. 3) Click the attachment icon and select [Add New Attachments]-[Add New File]. 4) On "Create a File Attachment" window, confirm the position of "Specify a file" label and its textbox are not aligned. EXPECTED RESULTS: "Specify a file" label and its textbox should be aligned. PRODUCT VERSION: Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.0
