APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    The schedule dashboard showing incorrect dates that do not
    match the schedule start and end date.
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1) Planning & Scheduling > Graphical Scheduling.
    2) See the list of schedules and make a note of the start and
    end date.
    3) More actions > Schedule Dashboard.
    4) The dates should match the schedule start and end dates.
    5) System Configuration > System Properties and filter for
    DISPLAYDATE.
    6) Change the format of DISPLAYDATE to dd/MM/yyyy then Live
    Refresh. Logout/login.
    7) Repeat steps 1-3.
    
    
    RESULTS:
    After changing DISPLAYDATE format the schedule dashboard dates
    do NOT match the start and end date on the schedule.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    Changing the date format should not impact the dashboard, dates
    should match the schedule.
