Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  7610 - Problems to change value of AMCREW on workorder
  CLient is not able to change value of AMCREW on a Waiting
  approval Workorder once AMCREW is associated to a Crew Work
  Group.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1 - Open maximo as administrator user.
  2 - Go To Person Group Application.
  3 - Select Person groups Safety, 1001 and MAINT and change the
  flag Crew work Group from no to yes, save the records.
  4 - Go to Crews application.
  Select CREW1, and change Crew Work Group field to 1001. Save.
  Select GAS301, and change Crew Work Group field to NORTH, Save.
  Select LINE101, and change Crew Work Group field to NORTH, Save.
  5 - Go to Work Order tracking Application. Create a new record.
  6 - Go to Crew field, click on select Value button, and select
  CREW1.
  7 - Go to CRew Work Group, click on Select Value button.
  8 - You will see a list of Person groups, Select 1001.
  Save the record.
  9 - Back to Crew field, Change the value from crew1 to GAS301
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Error Message:
  You entered: gas301
  The value GAS301 is not valid for Crew. Specify a valid value
  for Crew. (BMXAA4191) More information
  
  Click "Edit My Value" to change the value you entered or "Go
  Back" to the value that was there before.
  
  If you try to change the value of Crew Work group to NORTH,
  Maximo will show the same message.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Instead of the dependence of fields CREW an CREW WORK GROUP
  User would be able to change this values once the Workordes
  Status is WAPPR.

Problem conclusion

• This is working as designed to not let the user enter a Crew
  Work Group which is not related to the entered Crew. The problem
  here is that you canot clear the Crew Work Group field once you
  get the error. This is now fixed.
