  In JobPlan and Work Order
  Tracking applications under Datasheet section --> Filter option
  --> Datasheet - select value--> ideally it should open a
  dialogue box with or without records like asset and locations
  works.
  When a attribute has select value option it is mandatory
  to show lookup with/without(based on condition) values which is
  failing in datasheet filter option..

  Job-Plan - Worktrack with Calibration.
  Steps to
  reproduce
  ================
  1. Go to Jobplan
  --> Select a random record
  2. Click on Work Assets tab -->
  Scroll down to Data Sheets section
  3. Click on Filter --> Click
  on Detail Menu arrow on Data Sheet field
  4. On the lookup -->
  select Value
  The same happens in wotrack.
  Problem:
  ========
  Nothing happens - The lookup doesn't open.
  However if you click New Row and on the lookup --> select
  Value, then the lookup works fine.
  Expected Results
  ================
  You expects the lookup to work when selecting value without
  entering new row.
  Just like for Asset ,locations and Required fields.
