IJ18448: SPATIAL DOES NOT QUERY MULTIPLE LAYERS FOR CURRENT RECORD

Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  For this issue to be replicated, you need two layers pointing
  to the same Feature Class. For example, a layer called OpenWOs
  and another called ClosedWOs. Both pointing to the WOPOINTS
  feature class. Each layer has a definition query which filters
  the WOs, with one showing just the closed WOs and another just
  the open WOs.
  
  Now in Maximo:
  1. Configure a Map Manager record with the Map Service that
  contains these 2 layers.
  2. Configure both layers as Service Layers, using the same GIS
  Object in them.
  3. Go to WO Tracking application.
  4. Create 2 WO records.
  5. Get one linked to a feature from OpenWOs and another linked
  to a feature from ClosedWOs.
  6. One of these 2 WO records will not open depending on the
  order of the Layer ID from these 2 layers.
  
  
  RESULTS:
  Map does not center/put blue marker on feature for GIS Objects
  that are configured for more than one layer in Map Manager.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  Map to center/put blue marker on linked feature.
