"Please wait, loading the report..." message does not disappear when running standard reports, but only affects some Citrix users

Troubleshooting


Problem

User tries to run a 'standard report' (also known as 'system reports'). Users receive a message. The message remains, and does not disappear. Problem only affects some (not all) users. Deleting and recreating the Windows user profile (on the Citrix server) does not solve the problem for the 'bad' users.

Symptom


    Please wait, loading the report...

This message does not disappear, even after waiting several minutes.
