IJ16148: MAINTENANCE ALERT IS TAKING TOO LONG TO PRESENT ITSELF

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  While working in the Work Order Tracking (Tr) and the
  Maintenance Alert checkbox is checked, when updating a status
  for example, the system is supposed to alert the users of other
  maintenance going on. The problem is that the maintenance alert
  screen takes up to 8 minutes to render
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1. Go to Work Order Tracking(Tr) Application and pick up a work
  order
  2. Mark Maintenance Alert checkbox and change the status to
  COMPLETE
  EXPECTED RESULTS: The user is able to change the work order
  statuses
  RESULTS: No messages are displayed to user, but Maximo hangs or
  is taking too long to respond to the action
