IJ14038: METER COUNT SHOWS ZERO WHEN WORK EXECUTION APPLICATION IS OFFLINE

• Problem Description
  Meter count shows zero when Work Execution application is
  offline
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Go to Maximo (desktop) and  setup a query that returns at
  least 500 work orders with locations and assets in Work Order
  Tracking application
  
  2) All the locations and assets have many meters and meter
  readings attached
  
  3) Go to a Mobile Device and login to Work Execution
  application
  
  4) Download a work list
  
  5) Go to one of the work orders on the first page and confirm
  that there are meters attached to location or asset
  
  6) Go to an area without any internet access to make the
  application go offline
  
  7) Go to the second page of the work list and tap on a work
  order
  
  
  RESULTS:  Location or asset field does not show any meter icon.
  Meter field shows 0 meter count after the first page of work
  list
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS: Location or asset field should show a meter
  icon.  Meter field should show the number of meters attached
  after the first page of work list
