  The box "Apply New Meters where Group is used?" is checked.
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Create a Meter in Meter Group.
  2) Ensure there are > 1000 assets.
  3) This will take 7-8 minutes to complete.
  RESULTS:
  This consistently takes 7-8 minutes to complete.
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  This should be much faster.

  tracked this in the logs.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS: This should be much faster.
