Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to add IBM Rational DOORS as a Friend in a Jazz based tool such as IBM Rational Design Manager, IBM Rational Quality Manager or IBM Rational Team Concert results in CRJAZ1578E and CRJAZ1341E errors.
Symptom
The following errors are displayed and a friendship cannot be created.
An error occurred while requesting an OAuth consumer key from server "http ://clm:8080/dwa/public/rootservices". ID CRJAZ1578E
The remote server responded to the request to generate a provisional OAuth consumer key with a HTTP status code 400 error. ID CRJAZ1341E
