Error description

• ABSTRACT:
  
  Keyboard shortcuts for the menu items on the left navigation
  side bar are not working for German Language Pack with other
  than German locale settings.
  
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  
  If we try to use shortcuts from the left side (for example:
  Common Actions - Change Status STRG-ALT+A) it doesnt work.
  Although we can use shortcuts from the top ( for example: Create
  New Workorder STRG+ALT+I) . STRG is CTRL for German keyboards:

  REPRODUCTION STEPS:
  
  1. Go to Assets Application
  
  2. Create new asset via keyboard shortcut STRG+ALT+I is working
  
  3. Attempt to change status of the asset via keyboard shortcut
  STRG+ALT+A is not working. Using the mouse works.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  Keyboard shortcuts should work
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  
  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.0.9
  
  LOCAL FIX:
  
  If the locale is set to German in Maximo's Default Information,
  then shortcuts are working.
