Error description

• Excessive vertical spacing in IOT18.
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Customer complaining about excessive vertical spacing in IOT18
  skin compared to tivoli13.
  Comments from customer: IBM Maximo Development requested the
  entry of this PMR to facilitate an APAR in an IFix rather than
  waiting for the next Feature Pack. For 7.6.1 IOT18, SRP
  requests the text scaling property be included in an IFIX to
  help support our testing for a March 2019 implementation.
  Testing is beginning in December 2018.
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No.

  Excessive vertical spacing in IOT18 skin compared to tivoli13.
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Vertical spacing in IOT18 skin should be similar to tivoli13.
