Error description

  • Problem Description:
Calendar is not using the defined patten
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Create a new calendar and save it. I created mine for 1
    month. Called KAISER12
    2. In the more actions section, select Define/Apply Shifts.
Click on New Row. Give the shift a name. The Start Day will
MONDAY. The Days in Pattern should be 12.
    3. Click the Define Pattern button. The first 3 days will be
7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The next 3 days will be off. Days 7 through
9 will be 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Days 10 through 12 will be off.
    Click the OK button.
    4. Select the checkbox next to the shift we just created and
then click on the Apply Shift button.
    5. Click Ok
    6. Looking at the calendar now, you can see that Maximo is
attempting to enforce a 14 day pattern instead of the 12 day it
should be. The shift works 3 days, off 3 days, on 3 days. After
that it is incorrect. It should only have 3 days off. However
the 10th through the 14 has no hours.
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    no showing 12 day pattern
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    should show 12 day pattern
