IJ09431: SAVE ICON ALWAYS ENABLED NAVIGATE TO IMPLEMENTATION AND ENGINEERING EVALUATION TABS ON MOC (OIL) APPLICATION

APAR status

Error description

• Issues with MOC oil records that were created prior to
  upgrading to Oil and Gas 7.6.1.0
  
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1)Using an environment with Oil and Gas 7.5.1.0, go to MOC
  (oil) application.
  2)Create a new record.
  3)Under Pre-Start tab, add a pre-start action.
  4)Under Post-Start tab, add a post-start action.
  5)Upgrade the environment to Oil and Gas 7.6.1.0.
  6)Go to MOC (oil) application and open the record created at
  step # 2 (save icon it?s not available).
  7)Click on either the Pre-Start or Post-Start tabs you will
  see that the Save icon is available.
  8)Save the record (note the save icon is still enabled)
  9)Leave the record by clicking on the List tab or going to
  another application and the message to save the changes
  will be displayed.
  
  Expected result: Clicking on Pre-Start or Post-Start tabs or
  navigating to another application shouldn't trigger an update,
  the save icon shouldn't still be enabled
  
  Environment:
  Maximo for Oil and Gas 7.6.1.0
