APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When a job plan is deleted and then return to the list tab, a
    strikethrough should be displayed, and the job plan is not
    selectable. This no longer occurs, need to refresh the screen
    before the record disappears, record is able to be selected and
    shows an error.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Create 2 Job Plans (or any record in any app) AAA1 and AAA2.
    2. On the List tab, query for AAA.
    3. Select AAA2 which brings you to the main tab.
    4. Delete the record AAA2.
    5. Return to the List tab.
    
    RESULTS:
    Both records are in the list. AAA2 does not have a
    strikethrough and you can select it. If you click on the record
    you will receive the following error:   BMXAA7835W - You cannot
    view this record because of security restrictions or because
    the record no longer exists
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    Both records are in the list. AAA2 has deletion strikethrough
    and you cannot select it.
    
    PRODUCT VERSION:
    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.0.9-IFIX20180227-1319.
    

Local fix

  • Once a list item is deleted, refresh the list view to remove
    any deleted records
