Error description

  • Self service search solution shows all solutions if reset button
    is clicked
    
    Self service search solution shows
     all solutions if reset button is
     clicked. Draft as well as Active ones.
     Create 2 solutions, one in Draft
     and another one in Active state.
     Allow self service access for one
     and don't check self service access for the other one.
     Go to -> Self Service -> Search
     Solutions. Click on the "reset"
     button. All self service solutions
     are displayed even the solutions
     that are not self service accessible.
    
    Selfservice users should only see those Solutions which they can
    really
    use ! (meaning those which are active and have the correct
    access rights
    for the active user).
    
    This is duplicate of issue #08-15400(with no APAR number).
    Only creating this new APAR for hotfix request purposes.

Problem conclusion

  • The issue reported was fixed in 09-17473 issue found was
    inserted a=in the log.
    
    and the fix was change the initial query made by search
    solution to hide INATIVES.
