  • Error Message: When attempting to load a corrupted class the JVM
    will either crash (stacktrace below) or generate an Out Of
    Memory Error

Problem summary

  • The problem is caused by a corrupted class file.

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    6.0.0 SR9 FP2
    5.0.0 SR12 FP5
    .
    The JVM has been updated to be more vigilant when attempting to
    load class files
    .
    To obtain the fix:
    Install build 20110212 or later
