Problem
Attempts to launch IBM Rational DOORS Web Access ( DWA ) v1.5 integrated with IBM Rational Team Concert post upgrade from IBM Rational DOORS Web Access ( DWA ) v1.4 results in error "CRCRW5016I Login has failed. CRCRW50007I No licenses are available ".
