DB User Name and Source Program missing from Reports when using Sybase IQ

Problem

Event logs on Guardium from Sybase IQ database do not contain 'DB User Name ' or 'Source Program' information

Symptom

In a system where Guardium is monitoring a Sybase IQ database with network encryption some fields show up empty in reports.
