  agent will mark a backup job partial successful when it
  fails to download objects from Office 365 OneDrive,
  but will not report the missing objects when restoring
  from this backup.

Problem conclusion

• When backup operation failed for some objects, and not all data
  has been protected, the agent has set job status as "Completed"
  (job has been flagged as partial) instead of "Failed" status.
