Troubleshooting
Problem
User wants to exit the Controller client. User clicks "File - Exit and Logout". Typically this works OK. However, intermittently the following may occur: * User receives a message * This message may take quite a few minutes to 'complete' (and finally the Controller client closes).
Symptom
IBM Cognos Controller
Controller will terminate
