Problem
Attempts to test a connection for IBM Rational DOORS Quality Center Interface 3.5.0.2 results in the error "The data provider failed to initialize".
Symptom
After you configure Rational DOORS HP Quality Center Interface, including the connection details for Rational DOORS (server address, user name, password), you click Test Connection and the following message is displayed:
The data provider failed to initialize.
