Error description

• IBM Personal Communications 32-bit needs to support the
  %SNAGROUP% environment variable in the LUNAME keyword of the
  RUI section of the .WS session profile.

  PCOMM does not support the LUName parameter as an environment
  variable.
  
  Below are the steps to recreate the issue,
  
  1. Create Environment variable "SNAGROUP" under System variable
  and set its value to LUPOOL
  (SNAGROUP=LUPOOL where LUPOOL is the pool name on this host)
  2. Create a new PCOMM SNA session and save the same
  3. Add the below section in the saved .WS file
  [RUI]
  LUName=%SNAGROUP%
  4. Launch the above PCOMM session.
  5. PCOMM session will not connect to the LUName of LUPOOL
  

Problem conclusion

• PCSRUINW.DLL has been changed to add the code to support the
  environment variable for SNA LUName
