How to uninstall or update Workbench 9.0.2

Problem

IBM Rational Software Architect 7.5.4 can not uninstall or update InfoSphere Master Data Management Workbench 9.02.

Symptom

On IBM Rational Software Architect, go to menu: Help ->Software Updates... from panel "Installed Software", find "InforSphere Master Data Management Workbench", click button "Uninstall..."



The following error is shown:

Cannot complete the request. See the details:
Unsatisfied dependency: [com.ibm.uig.integration.bg 2.1.2.201011220632] requiredCapability: osgi.bundle/com.ibm.bg.uml.profile/8.1.2
Unsatisfied dependency: [com.ibm.uig.integration.bg 2.1.2.201011220632] requiredCapability: osgi.bundle/com.ibm.bg.core/8.1.2
Unsatisfied dependency: [com.ibm.uig.integration.bg 2.1.2.201011220632] requiredCapability: osgi.bundle/com.ibm.bg.intg.assignment.core/8.1.2

......



The same error occurs when updating Workbench too.
