Error description

• Making changes to the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus global
  preferences needs to be refactored as the process is not
  intuitive. The documentation also needs to be updated to help
  customers understand how to save the new values.
  Examples:
  1 - The user interface and documentation do not provide
  any indication on how to save a new value. Once the new
  value is inputted you simply hit the enter key to save.
  The user interface should provide guidance on how
  to save a value. The documentation should be updated to
  instruct a user and provide examples.
  2 - Using the down arrow to change the default value
  results in the value becoming a negative one (-1) value
  which is invalid.
  3 - The user interface allows values outside of the applicable
  ranges to be saved.
  Example:
  vSnap Free Warn Percentage (%) allows a value above 100 to
  be saved.
  4 - Documentation needs to be updated to include details on
  VM grouping.
