If the timestamp of the analytics_endpoint log file (in the 'local://config/' directory) is older than the timestamp of the analytics_endpoint cfg file, then the DataPower will loop and not be able to sync. Local fix
Edit and save the analytics_endpoint.log file, to update the timestamp of the file to newer than the cfg file.
Problem summary
The API Gateway Service will now catch and retry after timeout waiting for configuration status change.
