Problem summary

  • Users who are trying to use mouse wheel in session properties
with "Host Code Page" property set as "424 Hebrew (new code)"
using Host On-Demand(HOD).

Error description
HOD client unable to use mouse wheel in session properties with
"Host Code Page" property set as "424 Hebrew (new code).

Problem summary
Steps to recreate the problem:
1. Start new Session with "Host code page" session property as
Hebrew (new code) 424.
2. Go to "Settings" -> "Mouse Wheel" and check on "Enable Mouse
Wheel" option.
3. Select appropriate keys from the drop down to set it as mouse
wheel up and down.
4. Try to use mouse wheel on the session screen.

Problem conclusion

  • Code changes have been made to address this issue.

Fix scheduled for IBM Host On-Demand 12.0.5, IBM Host On-Demand
13.0.3 and IBM Host On-Demand 14.0.1.
