Error description

  • The primary symptom will be slower performance on reading data
    from the cloud, reads are being done as part of the VE backup
    process,
    so those slower reads are impacting the backup. The issue is
    probably more noticeable in the VE backup case. However, any
    read from the cloud is potentially impacted.
    The main thing to look for is many threads spending time in
    SdSignalSPContainerHandler, in stacks like this:
