Troubleshooting
Problem
Web Preview Server proxy is broken in IBM Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software 8.5 and WebSphere Application Server Developer Tools for Eclipse 8.5 resuling in the exception "java.io.FileNotFoundException: SRVE0190E:.." thrown by com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.webapp.WebAppErrorReport and no proxy URL redirect occur.
Symptom
Proxy mappings cab be invoked thru the following URL:
http://127.0.0.1:8080/proxy/us/en
and that request should be redirected to
http://www.ibm.com/us/en
Example:

However, when "http://127.0.0.1:8080/proxy/us/en" is requested the following exception appears in console:
