IT27679: THE REST API DOES NOT RETURN ANY DATA FOR STORAGE SYSTEM PORTS

Error description

• The problem is a wrong behavior in UIBE code, specifically the
  fact that the component type "Ports" embedded in the URL did not
  have separate handling based on the device type (StorageSystem
  or Switch).
  This leading in getting PM data for a wrong, unexisting,
  component like for a component 'identified' (interpreted) by a
  pair of storage system id and a switch port id, which obviously
  doesn't exist.
