APAR status

Error description

  • When stopping all members, a heartbeat error occurs in the
console output for several members after all the members have
already been stopped.

Local fix

  • RTC - 42974

Modified members.py test script was provided as a work around.

When MEIG is started as a windows service using command line
scripts, and are subsequently stopped using stop all, then it
always fails with "heartbeat service not running" error. Even
when the heartbeat service was running.
