IT23442: CONFIG PROPERTIES FILE OPTION FOR KAFKA NODES

Error description

• Currently Kafka nodes in IIB provide a fixed set of options via
  node properties, however, there are several other configuration
  options provided by Apache Kafka protocol which the user may
  want to set for Kafka consumers and producers to interact with
  Kafka broker.
  
  Through this Apar an option will be provided to set the java
  properties file for kafka producer and consumer nodes .

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  While configuring the connectivity with Kafka broker,  the users
  can set a basic set of properties on  Kafka Producer and Kafka
  Consumer nodes.  The Kafka protocol offers several other
  properties for Kafka consumer and Kafka producer clients which
  the user may want to apply for their integration solution.
  Currently there is no option available to specify additional
  properties for Kafka connectivity.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now provides environment variables
  MQSI_KAFKA_CONSUMER_PROPERTIES_FILE and
  MQSI_KAFKA_PRODUCER_PROPERTIES_FILE to allow setting of
  additional properties for Kafka Consumer and Kafka Producer
  nodes respectively. The user can specify the properties in a
  file in name value pair format.
  For example :
  max.partition.fetch.bytes=4194304
  
  The user needs to specify the absolute path of the properties
  file on the environment variable.
