IT20508: THE WINDOWS RECOVERY AGENT PRIOR TO 7.1.6.4 DOES NOT GIVE THE OPTION TO "CREATE VIRTUAL VOLUME FROM SELECTED PARTITION"

Error description

• Data Protect for Virtual Environment Recovery Agent does not
  have the option "Create virtual volume from selected partition".
   Customer is only presented with the ?Mount as an iSCSI target?
  option.
  This problem can occur with the Recovery Agent prior to 7.1.6.4.
  
  
  Versions Affected:
  TDP for VE prior to level 7.1.6.4 on Windows
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics
  Go to directory "C:\Windows\system32\drivers" and check for the
  drivers fbvv.sys and fbrep.sys
  Right click -> Properties -> Digital Signatures. In the
  Signature list, you will see that the Timestamp is shown as "Not
  Available"
  
  If the drivers fbvv.sys and fbrep.sys are missing, this problem
  can occur as well. If this is the case, customer needs to
  install the Recovery Agent Device Driver. The device driver can
  be installed by running the TDP for VE installation software.
  The device driver installation option is presented under the
  "Tivoli Storage Manager Recovery Agent".

• Upgrade the TDP for VE software to 7.1.6.4 or later, and select
  to install the Device Driver.
