"Type reference is unresolved" error after bringing a Process Application or Toolkit into an IBM Integration Designer (IID) workspace

Troubleshooting


Problem

This error occurs when a Process Application or Toolkit references a complex data type in one of the read-only Toolkits (System Toolkit, Coaches or Content Management), and you bring the Process Application or Toolkit into an IBM Integration Designer (IID) workspace.

Symptom

After importing a Process Application or Toolkit into Integration Designer, the WSDL interfaces and business objects in the workspace exhibit the following type of errors:

XSD: The target namespace 'http://xyz' of the resolved schema conflicts with  http://localhost:9080/schema/
XSD: Type reference 'http://localhost:9080/schema/#SomeBusinessObject' is unresolved    

where SomeBusinessObject is a complex data type that is in a read-only Toolkit.
