Problem
Attempts to install IBM Rational Directory Server on Linux or UNIX fail with the 'add tdsadmin user to idsldap group before proceeding with installation' error.
Symptom
You can successfully install IBM Tivoli Directory Server, and you met all the Rational Directory Server (RDS) prerequisites, but you cannot install RDS because when you attempt to install it, the installer will not proceed due to the 'add tdsadmin user to idsldap group before proceeding with installation' error.
