What are the IBM SPSS GradPack and Faculty Pack offerings and where do I go for support?

Answer

The IBM SPSS Faculty Pack is a single-user license for teachers. Both offerings are available in Base, Standard and Premium editions – the Faculty Pack also includes the separate AMOS software.

The SPSS Statistics GradPack can be purchased through one of our IBM-selected vendors. If your vendor is not listed, reach out to the institution where you purchased your GradPack version. Support can be obtained through that channel. 

Support for these offerings is provided by the Vendor. Issues with authorization codes or licensing must be directed to the vendor.
