Problem
In the integration between IBM Rational Change and IBM Rational DOORS, selecting a DOORS ID link in an RCR will return the error: Unable to identify Change Actions values object using query: cvid='<5-digit cvid>'
Symptom
Open an RCR that has at least one associated DOORS requirements change
