Problem
Sometimes even if SHLIB_PATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH and LIBPATH is set, programs will receive an error that libifsql.so is not found
Symptom
Application programs will receive following error:
<program_name>: error while loading shared libraries: libifsql.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
