Is it possible to clear temporary files and cache in Maximo?

Answer

Upgrades and customization sometimes carry over legacy information from previous versions relating to the local browser cache and temporary files. To be sure the browser is fresh prior to accessing a new fix pack or interim fix release, clear files from the local cache following the links for each browser.
